chicken 1kg
onion 2
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
green chilli 2
cinnamon,cardamom,cloves
cumin,fennel
salt ,oil(required amt)
coarse black pepper 4 tsp
method:
1.Heat oil in pan, add all the spices ,greenchilli, onion.
2.Fry until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste
3.Add chicken ,salt as per your taste.
4.just cover the pan and leave it in simmer until the chicken get cooked.
5.check the chicken is well cooked.
6.Add coarse pepper at last then leave it for 2 or 3 minutes to coat well
7.Garnish with coriander.
simple and very easy recipe.
