PEPPER PRAWN/IRAL MILAGU THOOVAL






ingredients:

prawn 500gms
onion 2
green chilli 2
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
pinch of turmeric pwdr
pinch of chilli pwdr
pinch of coriander powder
pinch of garam masala powder
grounded coarse pepper pwdr 5 tsp
oil,salt

method:

1.heat oil in a pan.
2.add chopped onions, green chilli and then fry gently.
3.add ginger garlic paste and fry .
4.add the prawns,put all the powders and stir.
5.leave it in simmer and cover the pan with lid.
6.stir occasionally, add little oil if it sticks to the pan.
7.cook the prawn well until the oil separates.
8.add the grounded coarse black pepper & leave it for 2mts to coat well.
9.garnish with coriander.

I used frozen prawns, don't add water & let it cook by itself .
cover with lid and leave it in simmer.

I know some prawn recipes but your prawn thuvayal is new and looks very good. I will try it today. I tried some of your recipes, and came good.Thanks for the post
