MULTIGRAIN DOSA

multigrains dosa with egg korma


ingredients:

sprouted buckwheat 1 cup
rice 1 cup
urad dal 1 cup
chana dal 1 cup
toor dal 1 cup
whole green moongdal 1 cup
splited moongdal 1 cup
oats 1 cup
onion 1
dry red chilli 1 or 2
garlic cloves 3
ginger 1 inch
salt,oil

method:

1.soak all the grains and pulses together for 4 to 5 hours.
2.soak the oats separately for 5 minutes.
3.blend everything along with onion ,garlic,ginger,red chilli.
4.you can make dosa immediately with out fermenting it.
5.nice crispy dosa is ready.

note: you can add grated carrot,coriander to this and serve hot with any kormas,chutneys.
you can use any type of pulses,grains,cereals to make this.
it is very healthy and nutritional.
